Every webmaster knows that open source software is wicked cool! I used to think open source software meant just Linux software but then I found a few that were made for Windows too. But I didn’t realise that there were open source versions of full websites. Especially Web 2.0 type sites. Here are a few interesting versions of current Web 2.0 sites that I’ve found:

Grab them while you can. Pligg is being sold off on Mashable. I personally don’t think the new owners will start charging for it. They’ll probably just do what Wordpress do and provide consultancy services instead. But you never know!
