Going For The Next Stage And Changing Online Strategy

For the past year, most of my sites have been mini-sites. Cheap to build or buy and fairly easy to market (mainly through SEO and posting on forums). This is especially good when you’ve got limited resources (translation: little money!).

Now is the time to go to the next stage. Building flagship websites.

My next site is going to be based on Pligg, which is the open source version of digg. I’m not sure how well it’s going to go but hopefully it’ll be something different to digg and its competitors. Unlike the rest of them, the site is going to be targeted towards a different audience….kind of like Sphinn

Hopefully it’ll be stirring up some controversy and maybe even get a mention on sites like Mashable and Techcrunch.
